French President Emmanuel Macron spoke by phone on Wednesday with his Ukrainian counterpart, Vladimir Zelensky, and promised him a delivery of AMX-10 RC light armored vehicles.
“This is the first time that Western-designed tanks have been supplied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the French Presidency said, adding that the call between the leaders lasted an hour.
